Please read these Terms of Service completely before using irishhumanities.com which is owned and operated by the Irish Humanities Alliance. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Site at irishhumanities.com.

The Site and all of its content are the sole property of The Irish Humanities Alliance. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

Our Site contains links to other websites and online resources that are not owned or controlled by The Irish Humanities Alliance. The Irish Humanities Alliance are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any of these third party sites. Third Parties Goods & Services

Our site may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site.

Governing Law 

This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. 

Severability 

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will removed from these Terms. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of the Terms will be considered.

Changes to This Agreement

The Irish Humanities Alliance reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis.
